Former AEW TBS Champion Jade Cargill has signed a multi-year deal with WWE since departing Tony Khan’s company earlier in September.
TKO, WWE’s parent company since its purchase by Endeavor, has confirmed it has signed Jade Cargill to a multi-year contract. Cargill, a standout performer who has earned accolades as an industry-renowned talent, will begin training today at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando.
Cargill is most well known for her undefeated streak in AEW until she was eventually defeated by Kris Statlander at AEW’s Double or Nothing PPV. Cargill originally entered the promotion siding with Shaquille O’Neal in a feud against Cody and Brandi Rhodes.
Now that Jade Cargill has joined the WWE it is unknown which brand she’ll appear on, either the flagship shows of Raw, SmackDown or join the roster of the developmental brand, NXT.
